Quality Technician Details:
Temporary position- $
18.50 to $ 20.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Perform comprehensive quality assurance duties as assigned, ensuring all products adhere to strict quality parameters and customer requirements.
- Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests on materials, components, and finished products at various stages of the production process.
- Identify, document, and report any non-conforming products, materials, or processes in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist in maintaining accurate quality records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with production personnel and supervisors regarding quality issues and concerns.
- Monday – Friday, 8 hour shifts
- 1st shift: start times 5:00 am, 5:30 am and 6:30 am
- 2nd shift: start times 1:00 pm, 1:30pm and 2:30 pm
- 3rd shift: start times 9:00 pm, 9:30 pm and 10:30 pm
Quality Technician Qualifications:
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 25-50 lbs.
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, and the ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Comfortable working in an environment where strong odors and fragrances are present.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written, for safety reasons
- Prefer least 1 year as an inspector or similar position in which the individual was required to monitor and report on quality attributes of some product and/or process
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
