Customer Service Representative Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $42,120.00 /annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Manage customer purchase orders, order entry, and shipment communications to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and sales teams to track order status and resolve customer inquiries.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through professional phone, email, and written communication.
• Support quoting, RFQ processing, and follow-up activities for customers and prospective accounts.
• Provide cross-functional administrative support, including reception and customer service coverage as needed.
