General Laborer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:45am to04:15pm )
- Assist with acid washing, blasting, and preparing materials for production and finishing processes.
- Assemble custom magazines and boxes by following prints and work instructions. Use hand and power tools to build, fit, and prepare products for shipment.
- Move, handle, and organize parts and materials throughout the manufacturing shop.
- Follow all safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean and productive work area.
General Laborer Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and follow detailed work instructions and prints.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift. Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
- Must wear steel-toe boots and comply with all safety, PPE, and workplace requirements.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
