Material Handler Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Unloading trucks with similar raw good products.
- Balance responsibilities between unloading, supporting Production shop and receiving goods.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Operate various vehicles for storage or removal of materials: SIT/ STAND / REACH LIFTS – CHERRY PICKER AND PALLET JACK
- Prepare products and materials for shipment and movement on floor.·
- Load, unload, and stage products and materials.·
- Track and record units of materials handled.·
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Receiving experience; via computer input (not utilizing scan guns)
- Other duties as assigned.
Material Handler Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 years previous experience
- 3-5 years previous experience specifically in Metal Manufacturing/ Job shop industry preferred: moving Metal materials, Skids, long tubes, crated heavy material safely, Finished metal goods through Production facility.
- Strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
