1st Shift Low Press Molding (M-Th) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday )
- Prepare and clean fiberglass molds
- Apply fiberglass, resin, and related materials according to specifications.
- Operate low pressure molding equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and accuracy.
- Trim, sand, grind, and perform finishing work as required.
- Read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with mold changes, setup, and production changeovers when needed.
1st Shift Low Press Molding (M-Th) Qualifications:
- Manufacturing, production, fiberglass, composites, or molding experience preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attendance and reliability.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with fiberglass materials, heat, noise, and dust.
- Experience using hand tools, grinders, sanders, and measuring devices.
