Sanitation Team Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:00pm )
Lead and supervise cleaning crews, ensuring quality service and daily operational success.
Train team members on safety procedures, PPE usage, equipment operation, and cleaning standards.
Coordinate with clients and management to resolve issues, maintain schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sanitation Team Lead Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in janitorial services, facilities management, or operations leadership.
High School Diploma or GED with strong knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, sanitation procedures, and workplace safety.
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
