Construction Laborer
Seeking several Construction Laborers to work as scissor lift spotters on a long-term data center project in Goodyear, AZ. Responsibilities include assisting electricians by monitoring and spotting scissor lift operations, maintaining constant awareness of surroundings, and helping ensure a safe work environment on-site.

Construction Laborer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:00pm )
- Spot and assist scissor lift operations for electricians.
- Monitor work areas and maintain a safe environment.
- Work on a large data center construction project.
- Follow all jobsite safety rules and procedures.
- No cell phones permitted while on the jobsite.
- Long-term opportunity with project duration up to 2 years.
Construction Laborer Qualifications:
- Ability to stay alert and attentive throughout the shift.
- Able to follow safety procedures and jobsite rules.
- Comfortable working on an active construction site.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Able to work in varying outdoor conditions.
- Must be able to wear required PPE at all times.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
