Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Execute assembly, production, and packaging tasks for various products.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to all work instructions and established safety procedures.
- Utilize hand tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring devices accurately as required.
- Complete production and quality control paperwork with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adapt to varying tasks by rotating between different workstations as needed.* Consistently meet daily production goals and targets.
- Work safely and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations.
Production Qualifications:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.*=
- Capable of frequently bending, lifting, reaching, and moving throughout the workday.
- Proven experience as a Production Line Worker, with demonstrated skills in Pick/Pack, Assembly, and basic Inventory Control
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
