We are seeking a dependable and motivated Converter Operator / Adjuster Assistant to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in machine setup, quality control, production efficiency, and workplace safety. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the company.

Converter Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday from 07:00am to07:00pm )
- Assist with machine setup, operation, and job changeovers.
- Read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate production.
- Verify counts, labels, and product specifications before and during production runs.
- Stage materials and prepare equipment for upcoming jobs.
- Monitor print quality and product appearance throughout production.
- Cover machine operations during Adjuster breaks and assist with production flow.
Converter Operator Qualifications:
- Manufacturing, machine operator, converting, printing, or production experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
