Elwood Staffing is hiring a Foil/Emboss Helper for a growing manufacturing facility in Lynchburg, VA. This position supports the setup and operation of foil stamping and embossing equipment used in the production process. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Foil/Emboss Machine Helper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( 07:00am to07:00pm )
- Assist operators with setup, changeovers, and operation of foil stamping and embossing equipment.
- Load materials and supplies needed for production runs.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance or operational issues.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment.
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Foil/Emboss Machine Helper Qualifications:
Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
