Industrial Sewing Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate industrial sewing machines to sew and assemble fitness products and elastic straps.
- Adjust machines, change needles and thread, and perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Track production progress, maintain a clean workspace, and work with the team to meet daily goals.
Industrial Sewing Operator Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of sewing machine operating experience required.
- Ability to sew straight lines and make basic machine adjustments.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive movements, including bending, stooping, and squatting.
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and cold.
- Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and good communication and teamwork abilities.
