Assistant Property Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Process applications, resident paperwork, lease documents, and annual renewals.
- Assist residents with questions, requests, and housing-related services.
- Collect rent payments, maintain records, and prepare deposits.
- Maintain resident files, waiting lists, and office documentation.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide general administrative support.
Assistant Property Manager Qualifications:
- Previous office, administrative, property management, leasing, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong computer, data entry, organization, and communication skills required.
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain accurate records.
- Professional customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
- High School Diploma or GED required; property management or housing experience preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
