We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerical Support Associate to join our team. This position will serve as a backup to our Customer Service Representative and offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time permanent role.

Customer Service Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Serve as backup for customer service functions
- Assist with purchasing activities
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal staff
- Support office operations using Microsoft Office applications
Customer Service Clerk Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Patient, dependable, and willing to learn
- Purchasing experience is a plus
- Experience with SAGE software is preferred but not required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
