Nursery Team Leader
Nursery Team Lead needed at a local greenhouse in Adrian. This position will provide customer service, assist with nursery and greenhouse setup for seasonal changes, perform landscaping and plant care duties, and support receiving and stocking incoming deliveries.

Nursery Team Leader Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Hours: Monday-Saturday: 9am-6pm and Sunday 10am-5pm (Working 40 hours per week with 1 designated day off each week)
- Provide excellent customer service to customers.
- Set up and tear down nursery and greenhouse tables for seasonal changes.
- Install and remove landscaping, and care for plants, shrubs, and trees.
- Water, fertilize, weed, and mulch plants as needed.
- Unload and unpack deliveries and prepare items for storage.
- Assist with loading products for customers and verify purchases before loading.
Nursery Team Leader Qualifications:
- Entry-level opportunity; must have a strong work history and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to work overtime during seasonal peak periods.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
