Process Technician
Process Technician needed in Tecumseh on 2nd and 3rd shift. Job consists of operating production equipment to manufacture metal parts and assemblies.

Process Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 20.50 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:30pm $20.50/hr.
- 3rd shift 10:00pm-6:30am $20/hr.
- Operate production equipment to manufacture metal parts and assemblies.
- Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
- Use hand tools, measuring equipment, calculators, and computers.
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment and quality-related issues.
- Follow all company policies, rules, and procedures.
- Ensure products meet quality requirements through established training and work instructions.
Process Technician Qualifications:
- Forklift experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic math skills.
- Familiarity with a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday.
- Ability to occasionally climb, stoop, and kneel while performing job duties.
