We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Accounting & Costing Specialist to support accounting operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Manufacturing Accounting & Costing Specialist Details:
Direct Hire position- $
35.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure proper coding and approval.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation.
- Process customer invoicing and support accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and schedules
- Monitor production transactions to ensure accurate costing within the ERP system.
Manufacturing Accounting & Costing Specialist Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Minimum 3 years supporting manufacturing accounting, inventory accounting, job costing, and WIP accounting.
- Cost accounting experience required.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience required
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Reconciliations, Reporting, Financial Analysis)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
