1st shift Brake Press and Laser Operator
A fabrication company in Columbia City is looking for experienced Brake Press and Laser Operators for both 1st and 2nd shift!

1st shift Brake Press and Laser Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:30am to04:00pm )
- Set up and operate brake press or laser cutting equipment
- Load and unload materials into machines
- Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and specifications
- Use measuring tools to verify part dimensions
- Perform machine adjustments and changeovers as needed
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues
- Handle and stage metal materials throughout production
1st shift Brake Press and Laser Operator Qualifications:
- Previous Brake Press or Laser Operator experience required
- Manufacturing/fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and measurements
- Experience using calipers, tape measures, or other measuring tools
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable making machine adjustments
- Dependable with a good work history and attendance
- Must be available for Friday overtime when required
