*Job Title:* Quality Auditor 2nd Shift (Temporary)*Overview:*This role is crucial for ensuring the highest quality standards for dashboard assemblies, subcomponents, and materials, stringent customer (Tesla) quality specifications. *Schedule:*Shift:* 2nd Shift* *Hours:* 2:00PM - 10:30 PM* *Responsibilities:*Inspect dashboard assemblies, subcomponents, and materials for conformance to engineering drawings, control plans, and customer (Tesla) quality standards.* Perform in-process and final inspections utilizing various tools including gauges, calipers, vision systems, and visual criteria to identify defects such as fit, finish, surface flaws, and functional issues.*Document inspection results, nonconformances, and containment actions accurately within quality systems; support traceability and audit readiness.* Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to troubleshoot defects, support root cause analysis, and verify corrective actions.*Adhere to all safety, quality, and cleanliness requirements typical of automotive and EV interior component manufacturing environments. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Quality Inspector, preferably in assembly or mechanical manufacturing.*Strong understanding of assembly processes and mechanical components.*Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.*Proficiency with precision measurement tools.*Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.*Effective communication and documentation skills.
