We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Temporary CDL Class A Driver to join our team. This role offers consistent daily hours with no overnight travel, ensuring you are home every day. The primary responsibilities include operating a Class A commercial vehicle for local routes and efficiently handling loading and unloading tasks using a forklift.

CDL Class A Driver Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:00pm )
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on designated local routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment.
- Accurately load and unload freight using a sit-down forklift.
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety policies.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and vehicle records.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
CDL Class A Driver Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift for loading and unloading.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Meet all physical and medical requirements for CDL Class A drivers.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
