General Production Labor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.50 to $ 17.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
Join a well established manufacturing team we are currently looking for multiple candidates for production, quality control, maintenance, welding, material handling, and machine operation. We are looking for dependable individuals who are committed to safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced fiberglass environment.
We are hiring for a variety of manufacturing and production positions, including:
- Steel Shop Machine Operators
- Prefab Production Associates
- Welders Material Handlers
- Quality Inspectors
- Fiberglass Winders
- Fiberglass Grinders
- Stud & Lug Operators
- Accessories Production Associates
- Order Processors
- Maintenance Technicians
- Low Pressure Mold (LPM) Operators
- Springfield Operators
General Production Labor Qualifications:
Depending on the position you may need to have
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and work orders
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Strong quality inspection and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to complete aptitude testing and participate in an in-person interview when required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
