Thur-Hole Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Manually install electronic components onto printed circuit boards following assembly drawings and schematics.
- Perform hand soldering on electronic assemblies while meeting quality and workmanship standards.
- Inspect components, part numbers, polarity, and placement to ensure assembly accuracy.
- Assist with monitoring wave soldering and selective soldering equipment during production.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow established quality and safety procedures.
Thur-Hole Operator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience with electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or hand soldering required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify component placement, polarity, and quality defects.
- Ability to work with small electronic components requiring excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
