General Labor
Entry-Level General Labor positions available in Pleasant Lake on 1st and 2nd shift. Responsibilities include deburring and inspecting bolts and machined parts, using hand and measuring tools, packaging finished products, completing documentation, and maintaining a safe work environment.

General Labor Details:
Temporary position- $
16.00 to $ 16.50 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- 1st shift 6:00am-4:00pm $16/hr.
- 2nd shift 4:00pm-2:00am $16.50/hr
- Deburr bolts and machined parts according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material using hand tools and deburring equipment.
- Inspect parts for defects, damage, and proper finish quality.
- Use measuring and inspection tools to verify product specifications.
- Ensure all parts meet workmanship and quality requirements.
- Identify and separate acceptable and nonconforming products.
- Report quality concerns or defective parts to supervisors or the Quality Department.
- Count, sort, package, and transport completed parts as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Complete production, inspection, and quality documentation accurately.
- Assist with other production and finishing tasks as assigned.
General Labor Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Ability to identify burrs, sharp edges, and visible product defects.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and deburring equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Sit down or Stand up
- Lifting up to 45lbs when needed
