Orthopedic manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Setup Operator for its 1st shift!

1st Shift CNC Mill Set UP Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 35.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Set up CNC mills for production runs
- Perform machine setups and changeovers
- Load tooling and make necessary machine adjustments
- Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
- Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions
- Inspect orthopedic parts for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot machining and setup issues
- Maintain quality standards throughout production
1st Shift CNC Mill Set UP Qualifications:
- 5+ years of CNC mill experience required
- Strong CNC mill setup experience required
- Blueprint reading experience
- Knowledge of measuring tools and quality inspection
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous precision manufacturing experience preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
