Assembler | Shreveport, LA
We’re looking for dependable and motivated Mechanical Assemblers for varius shifts to join our growing manufacturing team. This is your opportunity to be part of a state-of-the-art operation with hands-on work, great teammates, and room to grow. $18-26/hr based on experience. $2.50/hr shift diff for working weekend shift & $3/hr for night shift.

Assembler | Shreveport, LA Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 27.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughThursday )
Shifts:
- Day shift: Monday-Thursday, some mandatory Fridays, 7:00 am 5:30 pm
- Night shift: Monday-Thursday, some mandatory Fridays, starting at 5:30 pm- 3:30 am + $3 shift differential when working night shift
DUTIES:
- Assemble product components used in data center construction.
- Uusing appropriate tools and fixtures.
- Perform testing on completed products to ensure proper function and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during assembly or testing.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Use precision measuring tools and maintain correct tolerances for mechanical assemblies.
Assembler | Shreveport, LA Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field
- Mechanically inclined; comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability are essential.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 35 lbs repetitively
- A pre-employment physical is required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
