This position will be responsible for entering and tracking orders, assisting with purchase orders, communicating with customers, and ensuring timely follow-up throughout the order process. Customer Service Rep Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer needs
- Enter and process customer orders accurately Assist with purchase orders and related documentation
- Follow up on orders, shipments, and customer requests
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and questions
Customer Service Rep Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, administrative, or order entry experience preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with computers and data entry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
