Maintenance Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Assist the Maintenance Manager with daily production and machine maintenance tasks.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Execute preventive maintenance (PMs) on machinery and systems as scheduled.
- Support general upkeep and cleanliness of the maintenance area and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:
- Ability to work the specified full-time, temporary schedule, including Saturdays.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Prior experience in maintenance, building maintenance, or a general labor role within a warehouse or production environment.
- Familiarity with electrical systems.
- Proficiency or experience in various welding techniques, including TIG, Structural, Stick/Wire, and MIG welding.
- Experience with production equipment troubleshooting and repair..
