Panel Production Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to04:00pm )
- Prepare and stage core and laminate materials for production
- Accurately complete panel lay-up processes according to work orders and specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of the glue press and surrounding work areas
- Clearly label and organize panels throughout the production process
- Distribute completed material stacks to appropriate departments
- Maintain organized and safe warehouse material storage areas
- Monitor supplies and tooling needed for daily production and communicate shortages proactively
- Perform general housekeeping and routine equipment maintenance as required
Panel Production Associate Qualifications:
- Previous production or carpentry experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials weighing up to 75–100 lbs.
- Ability to read and interpret cut lists, production paperwork, and engineering drawings.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
