Operations Administrative Coordinator Details:
Direct Hire position- $
41,600.00 to $ 49,920.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Coordinate daily order processing by printing, organizing, and tracking orders through the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
- Schedule inbound shipments, prepare receiving documentation, check drivers in and out, and assign dock doors to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Troubleshoot order, system, and printer-related issues, working with internal teams to resolve problems and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
- Communicate regularly with operations teams, clients, carriers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and exceptional service.
- Support warehouse operations as needed through inventory management, supply purchasing, and hands-on assistance with picking, packing, kitting, and shipping activities.
Operations Administrative Coordinator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required with 6 months to 3 years of inventory control, warehouse, or distribution experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to use inventory systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and basic Microsoft Excel; strong computer and typing skills preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inventory discrepancies, research issues, and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on your feet throughout the shift, and safely operate warehouse equipment; forklift certification is a plus.
