Wash Operator
Wash Operator needed in Hudson on 2nd shift pay starting at $16.25/hr with a potential increase of $0.50 every 30 days. The job consists of operating wash/vibratory systems, tracking parts, performing maintenance, managing materials, and monitoring chemicals.

Wash Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.25 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
- $16.25 to start
- $16.75 at 30 days
- $17.25 at 60 days
- $17.75 at 90 days
- $0.50 pay increase every 30 days based on performance and attendance.
- Operate and maintain wash and vibratory machines
- Move parts through washing, drying, and packing
- Tag and track in-process inventory
- Perform basic maintenance and keep area clean
- Manage storage of parts and materials
- Complete logs, reports, and barcode entries
- Monitor supplies and report shortages
- Assist with setup and testing of new parts
- Transfer finished parts to next step or storage
- Maintain proper chemical levels
Wash Operator Qualifications:
- Mechanical or industrial experience required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Slip-resistant shoes required.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs regularly and 80lbs occasionally.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
