Maintenance Helper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Assist maintenance personnel with repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment
- Help troubleshoot mechanical issues and equipment breakdowns
- Perform basic repairs and replace worn or damaged parts as directed
- Assist with maintaining motors, belts, bearings, conveyors, and other production equipment
- Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and general facility maintenance as needed
- Lubricate machinery and assist with scheduled preventive maintenance
- Help with equipment installations, adjustments, and changeovers
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and work areas
- Complete other maintenance and production-support duties as assigned
Maintenance Helper Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
