Direct Hire position- $
18.46 / annually Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:30pm to11:30pm )
The Packer I is an entry-level production team member responsible for packaging pork products according to company specifications, customer requirements, and food safety standards. This position supports packaging operations by inspecting products, packing materials into containers, labeling products, and preparing finished goods for storage and shipment. The Packer I plays an important role in ensuring product quality, packaging accuracy, and production efficiency in a fast-paced pork processing environment
Packer I Qualifications:
Required • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Preferred • Previous experience in food processing, packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse operations. • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
