Pharmaceutical Representative Details:
Direct Hire position- $
65,000.00 to $ 85,000.00 / annually Second Shift
- Supervise daily distribution center planning, organization, and warehouse operations.
- Lead picking, packing, shipping, delivery tracking, and interdepartmental transfers.
- Ensure team compliance with established protocols, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
- Train team members, provide performance feedback, and assist with hiring and staffing needs.
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment while addressing customer inquiries.
Pharmaceutical Representative Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least three years of pharmaceutical operations experience in a team lead, supervisor, or similar leadership role. (Required)
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
- Experience managing pharmaceutical records and documentation.
- Strong Microsoft Office, communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
