Shift Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
Lead daily warehouse operations by supporting and mentoring team members, answering questions, communicating effectively with supervisors and co-owners, and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time. Identify process improvements, support operational changes, and promote a positive, productive team environment while working independently and maintaining company standards.
Shift Lead Qualifications:
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Fast-paced, on-site warehouse environment requiring teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform general warehouse duties for extended periods.
SCHEDULES / TRAINING: Multiple shifts available: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:30 PM–12:00 AM EST. Training provided on company procedures and systems.
ADDITIONAL INFO: Previous warehouse, supply chain, or leadership experience required. Must be dependable, organized, able to work independently, and comfortable mentoring others.
