We are seeking a professional and organized Human Resources Associate to support all aspects of Human Resources operations. This role will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, personnel record management, and assisting with policy compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, confidential, and committed to creating a positive employee experience.

Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 35.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 07:30am to04:30pm )
- First Shift (Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm)

Human Resource (HR) Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative, or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of employee benefits and HR best practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
