Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Sunday throughFriday from 05:30am to04:00pm )
- Accurately process goods receipt and goods issue orders utilizing the SAP system.
- Maintain up-to-date container and trailer information through our yard view program.
- Address and resolve product or service issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain precise customer records and associated paperwork.
- Utilize Google Sheets to update order statuses and maintain required operational logs.
- Assist the Operations team with work distribution and other assigned tasks as directed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall warehouse efficiency and functionality.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Proven proficiency in using computer systems and software, including data entry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong commitment to accuracy and detail.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
