We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to join our production team. This role involves assisting with various tasks related to packaging and machine operation, ensuring the smooth flow of our manufacturing process. General Laborer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- 1st Shift – Monday-Friday 6:50am-3pm - $17.00/hr
- 2nd Shift – Monday-Friday 2:50pm-11pm - $17.50/hr
- 3rd Shift – Monday-Friday 10:50pm-7am - $18.00/hr
- Receive daily work schedule and specific duties from the Lead Packer.
- Gather and prepare a variety of packaging materials, including lids, trays, pallets, labels, polyethylene cover sheets, and boxes, according to production requirements.
- Accurately assemble trays for product packaging.
- Load Hirsch ICF block machines with necessary plastic/metal ties and corner brackets, ensuring correct assembly.
- Carefully remove EPS products from shape molding machines and stack them neatly and safely on pallets or corrugate trays.
General Laborer Qualifications:
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift materials up to 50lbs (as required), stand, and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
