Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Complete general apartment repairs and preventative maintenance
- Respond to and complete work orders Prepare apartments for new residents during turnovers
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and find effective solutions
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Work professionally with residents, team members, and vendors
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Hands-on maintenance experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Able to bend, lift, kneel, climb stairs, stand, and walk throughout the day
- Able to carry tools and equipment as needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
