Production Line Associate
Keep the line moving and quality on point! We are looking for dependable Production Line Associates to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation.
This is an active role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable rotating between day and night shifts.
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts
Day Shift: 6:30 AM–6:30 PM
Night Shift: 6:30 PM–6:30 AM

Production Line Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Pick up products that fall from the conveyor line to prevent a domino effect and keep production moving.
- Monitor products as they move through the production line.
- Check products for quality, defects, or other issues.
- Continuously clean and maintain your assigned work station.
- Track and report production quantities. Communicate line performance, production updates, and issues with team members and leadership.
- Help maintain a smooth and efficient production process. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Remain on your feet and stay active throughout the shift.
Production Line Associate Qualifications:
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Mandatory Leather Steel toes
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including both days and nights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
