Production worker Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

**Schedules:** $17 an hour ($1 differential for 2nd shift) 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM **Responsibilities:** As a production team member your responsibilities will include: •You will work with equipment such as silicone material, clicker presses, lathes, ovens and other equipment, as required •Safely utilize sharp tools such as razor blades, scalpels, scissors and other tools as required •Adhere to company policies, standard work procedures and job safety standards, including required PPE •Support preventative maintenance program efforts •Accurately input data to the ERP system or time sheets •Produce products within specifications and production requirements •Maintain product identification and traceability •Perform other duties as needed or defined by management for the position. Ability to use measuring tools and basic math skills [WB2.1]•Strong communication skills and team player attitude •Comfortable with physical tasks like bending, climbing, and kneeling • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and follow safety protocols per OSHA regulations[WB3.1]
