Welder
MIG Welder position available on 1st shift in Morenci. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, fabricating and assembling metal components, and operating MIG welding equipment.

Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:00pm )
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures.
- Operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components.
- Inspect materials and finished welds to ensure quality standards are met.
- Weld components in various positions, including vertical, horizontal, and overhead.
- Perform quality checks and verify welds meet company and industry specifications.
- Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Welder Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components and structures.
- MIG welding experience required.
- Ability to inspect materials and completed welds for quality and accuracy.
- Knowledge of welding techniques in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to maintain and troubleshoot equipment and tools.
- Understanding of manufacturing quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
