Production Associate Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Prepare materials needed for order.
- Ensure proper housekeeping & maintenance of worksite.
- Prepare materials for next shift to ensure a smooth transition & handoff with minimal downtime.
- Collect samples for the QC team & based on results, adjust what is needed.
- Communicate with leadership & maintenance any equipment & materials needs, shortages, failures, required repairs, forklift inspection results, etc.
Production Associate Qualifications:
- Able to utilize math to perform basic weights for formulas.
- Able to reach & interpret directions & order details.
- Communication skills both written & verbal.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to lift & carry at least 60lbs.
- Ability to push/pull at least 55lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, minimal sitting, twist/bend throughout workday, and climb/crawl as needed.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
