Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:30am to04:00pm )
- Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication, filter changes, inspections, and replacement of worn parts.
- Assist with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic repairs under the direction of experienced maintenance personnel.
- Support general facility maintenance, including basic plumbing, painting, drywall, and other repairs.
- Assist with installing, assembling, and relocating machinery and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and report hazards or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment logs.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required.
- Millwright experience or vocational training/certification in industrial maintenance is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks.
- Willingness to work overtime on Fridays as needed.
