Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and address mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and other building system issues.
- Complete maintenance projects and work assignments safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Maintain inventory, tools, and equipment and ensure proper storage. Identify and report safety, cleanliness, and equipment concerns.
- Work closely with the maintenance supervisor and team to prioritize repairs and keep operations running smoothly.
- Follow all company, safety, legal, and code requirements.
- Recommend improvements to equipment, processes, and productivity.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience. Knowledge of building trades, facility maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-service mindset with the ability to maintain positive working relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
