This temporary, full-time position is ideal for an energetic and customer-focused individual dedicated to providing exceptional service, managing merchandise, and maintaining an organized store environment. You will be instrumental in processing donations, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Store Associate (Seasonal) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Tuesday throughSaturday from 09:30am to06:00pm )
**Key Responsibilities:*** **Customer Engagement:** * Provide excellent customer service, greeting shoppers, answering product and store-related questions, and assisting with purchases. * Help customers with loading purchased items into their vehicles.* **Donation Management:** * Evaluate incoming drop-off donations to determine acceptance based on established guidelines and quality standards. * Process donations by performing light cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, polishing), testing appliances and electronics for functionality. * Accurately tag items for pricing and place them on the sales floor for display.* **Store Operations & Merchandising:** * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and overall store environment. * Assist with stocking merchandise, ensuring proper presentation and availability.
Store Associate (Seasonal) Qualifications:
- Lifting up to 50lbs
- Criminal background check
- Drug screen with THC
- stocking
- CSR experience a plus
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
