Organic Food Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Pay increases to $19.50/hour upon hire
- First Shift: Start time between 4:00am –6:00am; target end time 2:00pm – 4:00pm (approximately 45 hrs/week)
- Mid Shift: 7:00am – 4:30pm, start and end times may vary depending on production needs
- Schedules are posted the week prior
Job Duties:
- Packaging and boxing finished goods
- Prepping ingredients and raw materials
- Inspecting, labeling, and handling finished goods
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety in your work area
- Supporting setup, shutdown, and sanitation routines
- Long-term opportunities to learn: machine operation, QA, forklift, and more
Organic Food Production Qualifications:
- Must be dependable with a strong attendance history
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand/move for extended periods
- Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
- Experience in food production a plus, but not required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
