Team Lead
We are seeking Production Team Lead for a nutraceutical company in Springville to provide leadership and support to production line employees and temporary personnel to ensure production activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established GMPs, SOPs, quality standards, and production requirements.

Team Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 02:30am to01:00am )
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support to production line employees and temporary employees.
- Train and instruct employees on proper procedures, work assignments, equipment operation, and production requirements.
- Communicate production issues, equipment concerns, quality issues, safety concerns, and employee-related matters to the Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Assist with identifying and resolving production issues while escalating problems beyond the Team Lead's authority to the Supervisor.
Team Lead Qualifications:
- Previous lead, trainer, or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience working with production equipment and following GMPs, SOPs, and safety procedures preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written procedures, batch records, work instructions, and production documentation.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and support multiple employees and production activities.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
