Production Workers Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday )
- Assemble building product components according to work instructions.
- Use basic hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
- Load and position materials for production.
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality.
- Package finished products for shipping.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Meet daily production goals.
Production Workers Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for a 12 hour shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime if needed.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
