Tool & Die Team Member
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automotive stamping dies and related production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, modifying tooling, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and production efficiency.

Tool & Die Team Member Details:
Direct Hire position- $
35.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Maintain and repair stamping dies and production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Modify tooling and equipment to improve efficiency
- Fabricate and repair components to support production operations
Tool & Die Team Member Qualifications:
- Previous Tool & Die maintenance and repair experience
- Knowledge of stamping dies, sheet metal forming, and die spotting
- Experience using hand tools, welding equipment, and CNC machines
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Journeyman Tool & Die certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
