Logistics Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
70,000.00 to $ 80,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Lead daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, transportation, inventory, and customer-service operations.
- Supervise, schedule, train, and develop distribution-center employees across operational and administrative functions.
- Ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment, shipments, receipts, and inventory records.
- Improve workflows, procedures, safety practices, quality performance, and operating costs.
- Partner with sales, purchasing, accounting, logistics, and inventory teams to deliver excellent customer service.
Logistics Supervisor Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or supply chain management; or 10 years of supervisory experience in distribution, plant, or operations management. 5–10 years of warehouse, distribution, or operational leadership experience.
- Proven ability to coach employees, manage workflow, and hold teams accountable for performance and safety.
- Strong customer-service, communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate a forklift; proficiency with Microsoft Office required. SAP, Salesforce, and building-materials experience are preferred.
