Description
Production Associate
We are hiring a Production & Packaging Associate to work at the end of a production line packaging finished plastic products.
Day Shift: 8am-8pm (2-2-3 Rotation Shifts)
Night Shift: 8pm-8am ( 2-2-3 Rotation Shifts)
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires someone who is comfortable staying active throughout the entire shift.

Production Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Inspect finished plastic products for quality, defects, or damage.
- Measure and cut plastic materials to specified sizes using a tape measure.
- Package finished products into boxes, bags, or designated containers.
- Stack, organize, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Lift and move packaged products from the production line to designated areas.
- Wrap and secure products as needed.
- Work on different production lines as needed.
- Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety and production guidelines.
Production Associate Qualifications:
- Ability to read and use a tape measure. Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working on your feet for the entire shift.
- Ability to work on different production lines and adapt to changing tasks.

- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
